Suds Club Membership Terms

Rolling Suds of Lancaster–Harrisburg · Effective July 2026

1. What the membership is

Suds Club is a monthly home-exterior maintenance membership. Your rate is based on your home's square-footage tier, plus any optional add-ons you select (exterior window cleaning; screen removal, reinstall & cleaning). Services are delivered on a seasonal schedule as described on the Suds Club page.

2. Billing

Your first payment is billed once at checkout at 3× your monthly rate and covers your complete initial exterior service — a full-property cleaning that brings your home up to the maintenance standard. Recurring monthly billing at your regular rate begins the month after your first cleaning. Prices exclude applicable sales tax.

3. Promotions

Promotional discounts (for example, 50% off your first payment) apply to the first payment only and require sign-up by the stated deadline. Memberships started with a promotional discount carry the 12-month commitment described below.

4. Term and cancellation

Standard memberships (signed up without a promotional discount) have no minimum term and no contract — cancel anytime before your next billing date by calling or texting 717-537-0675.

Promotional memberships commit to twelve (12) monthly billing cycles following the first service. If you cancel before completing the 12 cycles, the full value of the promotional discounts you received becomes immediately due, and you authorize Rolling Suds to charge that amount to your payment method on file. After the 12th cycle, your membership continues month-to-month and you can cancel anytime.

5. Scheduling and access

We schedule visits in advance and confirm by text or email. Weather-affected visits are rescheduled at no charge. Please ensure reasonable exterior access (gates unlocked, pets inside, vehicles clear of work areas) on service days.

6. Service quality

If anything about a visit isn't right, tell us within 7 days and we'll return to make it right. Service photos are provided after visits, and members receive an annual property report.
